“A Golden woman to me is someone that exhibits high success and is very talented and favored. Someone who is not only admired but appreciated.”

Lauren, describe something that is plaguing young women today and explain what can be done to turn it around? What can you do to help?  

"I️ believe that the gender pay gap is what plagues Women the most in our present day. Possible strategies for narrowing the gender pay gap include: diversify your interviewees, conducting pay equality audits, and raising the minimum wage. One thing I️ can do to help this problem is to increase awareness by advocating for equal pay on my social media and blog outlets!”
