First Annual Golden Women Foundation Scholarship Fundraiser

Our vey first scholarship fundraiser was a success and a lot of fun. Many raffle prize winners took home some amazing gifts and we collected donations for our 2016 Scholarship Campaign.

2016 Vision Board Workshops Los Angeles and Chicago

In two cities and online (via Facebook) Golden Women created vision boards, vision journals and set some great goals for themselves for the new year.

Golden Women Retreat: Chicago

This 2-Day women's retreat was created to unite positive women to discuss real life issues, share stories and testimonies to receive love, support and make lifelong companionships.

Los Angeles Sparks #WeAre Event

Golden Women Foundation is an Ambassador LA Sparks and was involved with the "We Are" event on 8/30/15. This was a day of empowerment for women and young girls. Many honorable women of sports and leaders of the community were honored.

• Working independently can become lonesome. Steady interaction with like-minded, motivated business associates can boost productivity and can lead to increase in revenue.

• It can be very expensive and time-consuming to conduct one-one meetings with every person you want to get to know. Coffee houses and restaurant bills quickly add up when you are trying to network around the city. The Library is a free, public place you can utilize to hold meetings.

• Working from home can lead to many distractions that take you away from business. Having business accountability partners can keep you focused and successful.

Harry Williams: A business consultant with SCORE, who provides free face to face mentoring for business start-ups as well as on going businesses. SCORE also provides workshops on topics to aid entrepreneurs.
