Official Scholarship Rules

Women who are U.S residents, enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited U.S college, university, trade school or educational courses needed for state licensure, may apply.

Applicants must be 13 years old or older.

Scholarship awards are based on the available amount of funds and may change.

If awarded, funds will not be dispersed until acceptance into the school/institution has been validated. Funds will be sent directly to the school/institution.

If scholarship recipient cancels, drops the course or the course is not completed for any reason, Golden Women Foundation is subject to a full refund. Recipient may not keep or use any scholarship monies for any other reason than the tuition or fee specified on the scholarship application.

Once term or course is completed, Golden Women Foundation may request official transcripts, final grades or other proof of completion.

All applicants agree to accept future promotional and/or informative emails from Golden Women Foundation.

By applying, each applicant grants Golden Women Foundation permission to use your name, likeness, ideas or comments for any and all purposes. Submission of any ideas does not constitute any binding relationship between Applicant and Golden Women Foundation.

You give Golden Women Foundation permission to contact you via phone, email or standard mail.

Golden Women Foundation is not responsible for and will void incomplete, lost, misdirected, or otherwise faulty entries, regardless of the cause. Golden Women Foundation also reserves the right to disqualify entries at its sole discretion if it is believed that the entry was received as the result of unfair or deceptive practices.

Golden Women Foundation disclaims liability for fraud, viruses, or other events that compromise the integrity of the scholarship application and reserves the right to terminate or modify the scholarship award in such a situation.

Limited entries: One applicant per scholarship.

All information given to Golden Women Foundation must be valid and true to the best of the applicant’s knowledge and may be subject to verification.

Supporting documentation may be required and/or requested and failure to comply, in the time requested may result in dismissal of this application. Applicant will provide complete and accurate verification when asked to, that may include but not limited to tax forms, payroll and bank statements, school invoices or school transcripts.

Golden Women Foundation reserves the right to choose a scholarship recipient, solely of our choice.

Scholarship application is available on www.goldenwomen.org only. Applications can only be submitted online via our website, www.goldenwomen.org.
